A flower that floats
Grown, not gathered. Every thread, drop and stamen of this anemone was shaped in code and lit like a studio still life. Turn it slowly and watch the fringe catch the light.
- Silk bell
- A shallow, translucent cap that glows peach when the light comes through.
- Hanging fringe
- Hundreds of fine threads drifting below it, like a jellyfish at rest.
- Glass drops
- Each thread ends in a single amber bead, heavy enough to sway.
- Amber crown
- A tuft of waxy, granular stamens rising from the middle of the cup.
- Sage stem
- One slender stalk holding it all up, as if it were weightless.

Watch it open
The tall pink puffball from the garden path, unfolding one silicone thread at a time. Scroll slowly — it takes its time.

Touch it
The blue anemone flower from the middle of the path is shy. Bring your cursor close, or tap it, and it pulls every tentacle into a velvet bud. Leave it be and it slowly opens again.
